Terms of Service

Welcome to the Founder Vitality Protocol. By using our booking system and scheduling a discovery session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Eligibility

• Purpose: The booking system is intended for founders and professionals seeking health coaching and vitality optimization.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information (Name, Email, and Phone) when scheduling.

2. The Discovery Session

• Duration: All sessions are scheduled for a fixed 60-minute duration.
• No Medical Advice: You acknowledge that the discovery session is for informational and coaching purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Delivery: Meetings are conducted via Google Meet. A link will be automatically generated and sent to the email provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Respect for Time: As these sessions are reserved exclusively for you, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• No-Shows: Frequent “no-shows” may result in the restriction of future booking privileges to ensure availability for other founders.

4. Use of Technology

• Google Integration: Our system uses Google Calendar API to facilitate scheduling. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for technical delays caused by third-party service providers (Google, hosting providers, etc.).
• Security: You are responsible for ensuring your access link to the Google Meet session remains private.

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the booking service, or change these terms, at any time without prior notice.
