• Access: We only access our own primary calendar to check for availability and create the specific event for your session.
• Data Sharing: We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for the Google Calendar service required to facilitate the meeting.
• Storage: Your name and email are stored within the calendar event so we can identify you during the call.

4. Data Retention
